การใช้น้ำมันมะพร้าวบำรุงผิวหน้านั้นมีขั้นตอนไม่ยากเลยค่ะ แค่เราเอาสำลีชุบน้ำอุ่นแล้วบีบน้ำทิ้งหลังจากนั้นเราก็หยดน้ำมันมะพร้าว2-3หยดลงบนสำลีแล้วทาให้ทั่วบนใบหน้าทิ้งไว้ไม้ต้องล้างออกนะค่ะสาวๆแค่นี้ก็ทำให้ผิวหน้าของเรานุ่มชุมชื่นแล้วค่ะ

หรือหลังจากที่สาวๆอาบน้ำเสร็จ เช็ดตัวให้หมาดแล้วใช้มันมันมะพร้าวลูบไล้ลงบนแขนขาและลำตัวก็จะช่วยไปบำรุงผิวพรรณของเราให้ดียิ่งขึ้นค่ะ แต่สาวๆควรทาเวลาก่อนนอนจะดีที่สุดนะค่ะ เพราะถ้าทาช่วงเช้าก่อนไปทำงานหรือทำกิจกกรรมต่างอาจจะทำให้รู้สึกมันเยิ้มระหว่างวันได้ค่ะ ในนำมันมะพร้าวจะมีวิตตามินE ยิ่งใช้เป็นประจำก็จะช่วยป้องกันแสง UV ไม่ทำให้ผิวเสีย

ประโยชน์อีกอย่างของน้ำมันมะพร้าวนั้น สามารถใช้เช็ดเครื่องสำอางแทนคลีนซิ่งได้เลยค่ะ ใช้เช็ดทั่วใบหน้า รอบดวงตา ริมฝีปาก เช็ดจนกว่าสำลีของเราจะสะอาด ทิ้งไว้สัก10นาทีแล้วค่อยล้างออกด้วยโฟมหรือสบู่ล้างหน้าก็จะช่วยให้ใบหน้าของเรานั้นนุ่มชุ่มชื่นไม่แห้งตึง เหมาะกับสาวๆที่มีผิวบอบบางเป็นผิวแพ้ง่าย
