วันนี้เราขอแนะนำหนังสือดีอีก 1 เล่ม ชื่อหนังสือ “อะไรไม่จำเป็นก็ทิ้งไป” นักเขียน Fumio Sasaki (ฟุมิโอะ ซะซะกิ) ผู้แปลนพัฒน์ หัทยานันท์ เหมาะกับทุกเพศทุกวัย เด็กอ่านได้วัยรุ่นอ่านดีเป็นหนังสือ ที่เขียนเล่าชีวิตเรื่องราวของเค้าลงในหนังสือ ซึ่งที่ไทยตอนนี้ตีพิมพ์ล่าสุดครั้งที่ 7 แล้วจ้า ไปดูกันเลยว่าเป็นหนังสืออะไร ทำไมต้องเป็นแบบมินิมัลลิสม์

บอกเลยว่าเป็นหนังสืออีกเล่มที่ดีมากๆ เหมาะมากกับชาวมินิมัลทั้งหลาย เป็นแนวทางในการดูแลตัวเอง ดูแลเวลาในชีวิตประจำวัน และดูแลที่พักอาศัยของคนในเมืองใหญ่ การทำงาน ด้วยการเปลี่ยนแนวความคิดไปสู่ความ Minimal หรือการมีสิ่งของเท่าที่จำเป็น เพื่อให้ชีวิตได้เจอความสุขอย่างแท้จริง คล้ายหนังสือ “ชีวิตดีขึ้นทุกด้านด้วยการจัดบ้านเพียงครั้งเดียว” โดยการทิ้งสิ่งที่ไม่จำเป็นในชีิวตออกไป เก็บในสิ่งที่จำเป็นต้องใช้

ในหนังสือมีแนวคิดของการใช้ชีวิตในทุกรูปแบบของนักเขียนเองบอกเราเรื่องราวต่างๆที่ผ่านเข้ามาในชีวิต จนได้เจอชีวิตที่น้อยและเรียบง่ายแบบ Minimalist  ทั้งตารางเวลาในชีวิตแต่ละวัน การจัดการกับงาน จัดบ้าน สังสรรค์ ล้วนใช้หลักการ Minimalist ได้ทั้งนั้น ซึ่งเนื้อหาในเล่มมีการยกตัวอย่างเรื่องของตนเองเพื่อให้เห็นภาพได้ชัดเจนมากขึ้น และเรื่องที่ยกตัวอย่างนั้นเป็นชีวิตของคนส่วนใหญ่ต้องเจอกับตนเองทั้งนั้น
