Forever 21 แบรนด์ชื่อดังจากฝั่งอเมริกา ที่เน้นการขายเสื้อผ้าแบบสายแฟชั่นมาไวไปไว ในราคาย่อมเยาว์มาหลากหลาย 10 ปี ได้ทำการแจ้งลูกค้าว่า ข้อมูลของลูกค้าที่รูดบัตรเครดิตที่ร้านได้รั่วไหล แต่ในขณะกำลังมีการสืบสวนถึงต้นตอของปัญหาต่างๆ

การสืบสวนจะเน้นในการทำธุรกรรมในช่วง เดือนมีนาคม – ตุลาคม แต่ว่าการรั่วไหลของข้อมูลในครั้งนี้ไม่ได้รั่วไหลจากทุกสาขาเป็นเพียงบางสาขาและทางบริษัทจะรีบดำเนินการให้เร็วที่สุดในการแก้ไขปัญหาในครั้งนี้นั่นเอง
