แค่พูดว่าจะลดน้ำหนักหลายคนก็ท้อขึ้นมาเลยทีเดียว เพราะต้องคุมอาหาร แถมยังต้องออกกำลังกายอีก ซึ่งเป็นข้อสำคัญที่ทำให้สาวๆหลายคนขี้เกียจขึ้นแบบเห็นได้ชัด
ต่อจากนี้สาวๆไม่ต้องกังวลอีกต่อไปแล้วคะ เพราะวันนี้เรานำ 5 เคล็ดลับสำหรับการลดน้ำหนับฉบับสาวขี้เกียจมาฝากกัน จะมีอะไรบ้างไปชมค่ะ

1.แดนซ์กระจาย เต้นกระจุย

3.ดื่มน้ำก่อนทานอาหารเสมอ
ควรดื่มน้ำเปล่าก่อน 1 แก้วเต็มๆ เพื่อให้รู้สึกอิ่มท้อง และทานอาหารได้น้อยลง หรือจะทานไปจิบไปก็ได้

5.จอดรถให้ไกลจากตลาดหรือประตูห้าง
ยิ่งจอดไกล ยิ่งดี เพราะจะทำให้เราเดินมากขึ้น บอกเลยว่าวิธีนี้จะทำให้ขาของสาวๆนั้น เล็กลงอย่างเห็นได้ชัด
